Forging a New Street Legend – 2020 KATANA Launches 8 August 2019
Last October at the International Motorcycle Show (Intermot) Cologne, appropriately the same place where the original was unveiled nearly forty-years before it, Suzuki Motor Corporation announced the return of a legend, presenting the 2020 KATANA to the world.
A month later a second colour was revealed with the addition of the Glass Sparkle Black colour scheme to the KATANA line-up at EICMA.
Much like the original, the new KATANA stole the show and became the topic of conversation through the motorcycling community, with social media videos views in the millions.
The new KATANA is set to Forge a New Street Legend expressing the upmost attention to detail with countless hours of testing and uncompromising quality control, similarly to a Japanese swordsmith crafting a sword.
With high demand and limited supply available, Suzuki Australia introduced a premium buying experience for customers, by taking pre-orders exclusively online. The 8th August will mark the official launch date for Australian customers.
