Induction that strikes the soul – 2019 GSX-S750 now available

Products

Suzukis mid-capacity streetfighter, the GSX-S750 has been updated with new aggressive Metallic Triton Blue and Metallic Matte Black colour schemes for MY19.

The GSX-S750 is the only model in its class truly powered by a supersport engine. The GSX-R derived 749cm3, DOHC, liquid-cooled, in-line four cylinder powerplant has been optimised and refined for the street; with a maximum power output of 84kW at 10,500rpm with 81Nm of torque at 9,000rpm.

Press the one-touch starter button and hear the wild induction noise emanate from deep within the acoustically tuned airbox. The 4-2-1 exhaust features equaliser pipes between 1 and 4, and 2 and 3 header pipes contribute to stronger low-to-mid range output and produce a raspy exhaust note.

Tapered aluminium handlebars grace the rider compartment, along with blacked-out levers and clean switch blocks providing full control at your fingertips. The lightweight LCD instrument cluster communicates a wealth of information to the rider including speed, rpm, traction control status, gear position, odometer, dual tripmeters, coolant temperature, driving range, fuel consumption, and the time. The rider even has the ability to personalise the tachometer readout from a choice of five display patterns.

Braking duties are well up to the task taken care of by a set of Nissin radial mounted four-piston opposed front calipers, clamping to 310mm floating, petal-type front discs. The lightweight and compact Anitlock Brake System (ABS) also produced by NISSIN matches stopping power to available traction.

Suzukis trackbread advanced Traction Control System provides greater confidence and reduces fatigue by delivering control over engine output that helps prevent rear wheelspin. The system operates so smoothly and naturally that it does not interfere with handling, even when the rider wishes to engage in aggressive sports riding. The rider can freely select one of three modes or turn the system off altogether using the convenient handlebar switch.

The 2019 Suzuki GSX-S750 is available now from Australian dealerships and is backed by Suzukis two-year unlimited-kilometre warranty.
